Cheaters.log??????????????

On my C: drive there is a notepad file named cheaters.log, when i open it the only line of text says "windows renabled". I am running Win XP, what is this file?

It's a file that showed up beginning with Counter-Strike 1.3

It doesn't mean you're a cheater; it's being logged for some inapparent reason.

I don't have counterstirke, or are you saying it started with counter stirke, but now a lot of games use it?

I've been wondering about this file too. I do have Counter Strike but I didn't think it had anything to do with CS. I'm running Win 2k so its not exclusive to XP either.

Anybody know?

It is a Counter Strike file.

Oh yeah, I completely forgot I got Half Life with my 8500DV, that must be why it's there
