Anybody ever used this site to purchase tickets?

The fares I turn up are $40 less than the other sites - Hotwire, Expedia, Priceline, etc. - for the trip I want to take...the ticket isn't much, but if I can save the cash I'd like to (graduate student).

A few cursory Google searches have turned up mixed reviews, but that seems to be the case for all the travel sites.
 
Word of word of word of mouth. In other words, down the line...

The person had never used them, which is why I'm wondering...
