Cheaply made Aeron chair broke.

$800 and it broke when he leaned back on it. The foam back padding ripped on him. Luckily mine is still fine though. 🙂

I am refering the removable foam padding.

That lumbar slides in and out, did it just pop out or did it actually snap in half somehow? If it popped out, just slide it back in from the bottom. I actually pulled mine out because I like the chair without the lumbar, however, I recall it being pretty strong and I'm 6'6 200lbs. Can't imagine what kind of force would be needed to break that.
