Cheapest way to go portable Sirius?

I'm looking for a present for a friend and wanted to get the ipod version for Sirius. I went to their site and just saw 1 that was over $400. Anyone know of older models that would still work with the Sirius system?

I was just trying to say that I was looking for a portable Sirius player. The portable part was what I was comparing to the ipod.
