Cheapest way to get sporting event tickets?

There's a boxing match that I want to get tickets at. Is there a good site to get them at a discount? It looks like craigslist is over priced and over the face value. I am looked at stubhub.com so far.

Day of & one hour before game/fight - show up to the stadium and start hitting up the guys selling tix.

I don't see how you could get them any cheaper than directly from the event managers.

When I was 16, I'd work as an usher at an auditorium. Work for 20 minutes and you were done. Then you could find an empty seat and enjoy the show.
