Cheapest way to call CANADA from US??

I'm tired and I'm gonna make it simple:

1. I went upto Toronto to visit
2. Got hooked up with this girl in some club
3. She wrote me her email address before departing
4. 2 months later, I remembered and wrote to her
5. She wrote back, now we chat on ICQ (damn canadians and their ICQ )
6. I want to call her but I'm in college dorm and I know my service will rape me for intl. calls

7. and no, no pics

ICQ...use PC2PC call...mics cost like $5 and quality is pretty good if you both have good connections

Canada and the U.S. share the same telephone system. Therefore, I'd assume that there's no difference between calling Canada or California.

Call your current service and ask if Canada is considered "international". If yes, then politely say "f*^% you" and go buy yourself a calling card.

There are a few companies out there with rates under 10 cents to Canada. Not sure what the names are, but I'm sure someone else does. To the top! ^
