Cheapest SFF/low power system?

Agree.. an Intel Atom setup will do it. If you want more graphics power, get one that is Nvidia Ion based.
 
lol.. you never specified a definition onto "cheap". Someone could have posted a $100 shit-tacular refurb Dell and you might have said that cost too much.
 
that's not exactly cheap.
With case, memory, HDD, ... you end up close to $200.
For THAT you can buy a desktop.

Not sure, but have you looked into factory units already built into the back of a LCD monitor. I would think these type of systems would be very cheap (but admit I haven't checked prices).

What do you want to do with this SFF system?
