Cheapest place to have cd's resurfaced?

Well, what's the cheapest place to have cd's resurfaced? I know FuncoLand does it for like $3 a disc, and MAYBE they would cut me a break if I have ~50 of mine done... but is there any place that would be cheaper/faster? Thanks.

I saw the Disc Doctor but it didn't work so good on some of my friend's cd's. It doesn't really compare to a full resurfacing. Noone knows where you can do this? $3.25/cd @ FuncoLand is too much. 🙁

EDIT: The other thing I heard about the DiscDoctor is that it often doesn't work or destroys outer tracks, which is NOT an option (granted, most cd's won't go that far out on the disc).
