Cheapest graphics card supporting 4k in market?

recently i want to upgrade my monitor to 4k but my current card doesn't support it.

I don't gaming, so as long as 2D desktop runs fine is fine.

Any suggestions? thanks!
 
If your not gaming why not just buy a 4k TV with HDMI 2.0 and a gtx750?
That way you have a TV and a monitor. 🙂

i check quite a few Asus/Gigabyte GTX750 cards, seems quite some not supporting 4k resolution. it looks like even the GPU supports it, the manufacturer may not build it
