cheapest dedicated server?

I run a small website and I need to add some php stuff to it like member's passwords, info, etc. I'd like to install vbulletin on the server we have now, but it's shared. Does anyoen know of a way to get something like vbulletin to work easily and cheaply? I guess I could build a server, but Comcast doesn't let you run a server.

Also, does anyone know much about php and vbulletin?

move to a host with php and fantastico. They are a dime a dozen.

I use 1and1.com they are pretty decent. 50$ a month for your own server.

I don't think fantastico installs vB, it is a commercial product.

Maybe you should be looking into a VPS solution, that may be more economical.
