Ok crt130, now help me build some mixes on the cheap. Maybe I should make a new thread about it.

I keep it pretty simple. I just order plain creatine and protein from them. I prefer to mix in stuff on my own. Frozen berries, oats, milk, etc. You can also mix in stuff like pancake mix, gatorade powder, or pudding mix.

If you want a special mix for post workout recovery or weight gain, check out their pre-mix powders. Even if you want something slightly different, they will give you a good jumping-off point.

Maybe, but I wouldn't try to hide it, and I would not act like an expert on the subject just to try to push a product for personal gain. That's just dishonest. I was under the impression that the forum policies frowned upon people soliciting products here. If no one cares, thats ok...my bad. I usually llike to know if the information I am getting is genuine or if someone else is profitting from it. I'm sure he loves the stuff and he swears by it. It might be great stuff. That's not the issue. I just think that when someone here is pushing a particular product that it is good to disclose your involvement with it. Trying to keep the forums honest. That is all I have to say. Done.

Point well taken. In all I'm not sure I can think of anything more idiotic to argue about than whey protein. I feel dirty even reading through this thread. It is pretty lame when people act all helpful and use the forums just to get a kickback on some crappy product. Lot of that out there, though. Get over it.
