Cheap Web Host?

I need to find a webhost that:

1) Registers my domain name as part of the package
2) Gives me like 5 megs of web space
3) No ads or crap on page
4) Supports e-mail forwarding of at least 1 account
5) somewhat fast
6) preferably give gives me a online store package deal where it includeds whatever I need for an online store *This is the least important one, I do not want if it brins up the price.
 
Based on what you have asked for, you have really jumped around all over the place. Despite any popular beliefs, you will need more then 5MB to run a store. Heck the database for an online store can be more then that alone. So that brings me to two different hosting companies. First, by omitting the last option I will give you the cheapest:

Offers domain name, 10 MB of space, 1 POP3 email, forwarding, and I have had a good experience with them. Friends of mine have had great experiences with them.

To help with the 5th option:
This is one of the best hosters out there because they offer so much crap for such little money.
Here is what u get:
200 MB, Unlimited pop3 account, unlimited email forwarders, unlimited autoresponders, etc etc and it comes with the option of having two different versions of an online store.

Two are both very nice, and if you just do some research there may be cheaper ones, but I have had good experiences with these two, and these are my recommendations.
 
Thanks a lot! I have seen prohosting before, and is really nice. But the 100 set up and 17 a month is a turn off. Now on the other hand america hosting is much better priced.

How much do I have to do to get the shopping cart in? I have never messed aroun with internet store type deals.
