I'm using an Abit GF4 Ti4200 64MB w/ DVI, VGA, and S-Video, but the TV-Out never shows up in my display properties thing, even after fresh driver installs and whatnot. My card has 2 RAMDACs I'm pretty sure, so it's not gonna be that. Anyway, I can't stand the Abit people who only tell me to "reinstall dwivuh" and dont even have a proper RMA form that I'be been able to find. So I'm looking for a cheap PCI card that could at least output video and maybe even have an input or two. Any ideas?
