Cheap video card with no onboard power for SC2?

I found a bigger case to stuff my PC into, but it's a small PSU so I don't want to tax it if I don't have to... any suggestions on which graphics card I can run on it? It's got an i5 processor (and I know SC is CPU bound) but I'd like to get a bit more eyecandy/smoothness where the graphics card is invoked for say... $30 or $40?

Thanks!

I would go with the HD7750 as well. I have been playing the game, and found it surprisingly GPU bound in single player. I have an i5 like you, and a HD7770. At 1080p the game default setting was ultra, but I was only getting about 30FPS. I checked cpu usage and it was very low: one core was about 40% and the other 3 were only about 20%. I turned down to high and the framerate almost doubled.

So at 1080p at least, you do need a fair amount of graphics power.
