Looking for (2) tickets to Vietnam this summer, does anyone know where to look or have any recommendation? We used Expedia.com in the past but right now they don't have any deals.

dude, you have like, size 100 font!

I think with a font size that big you really are doing yourself a disservice by not using the "Hot Dog Stand" high contrast theme.

Hey...I'm old and blind. :p

Besides...remember, such things didn't exist back in 1969...

I like using www.kayak.com. Post back with where you found the best price - I'd be curious to know.

Believe it or not, I just found the cheapest price on Priceline.

2 tickets to vietnam for a 1month and a half long for $2060. Tax & fees included.

Going at the beginning of June and returning in mid July.

brown shoe polish and walk by an immigration center without your green card. Free ticket there.

EVA may be worth looking at. Time of year can make a big difference.

Some VN travel agencies have excursions. You.may be able to latch on to a partially filled trip.

OP, that is a darn good price for 2 tickets (about 1K for each).

I always had to pay around 1.4K per ticket for the Lunar New Year period whenever I made my trip to Asia.

Why the summer? More fun to visit Asia in Lunar New Year and the temperature is much cooler.

My parents who live in Florida is moving to Vietnam to retire, they just had their house built in VN and I wanted to come and see it. For the last 2 years, I've been back during the Lunar New year So this year I'm going in the summer instead.

Depends on if you want to get paid or not.

if you get paid, is your future wife going to be hot or normal looking? Hot looking like those Miss Vietnam beauty pageants.

What is the going rate that one get paid?

the "blind" part is likely due to chronic masturbation, the "old" part... well I have no explanation for it.

where are you located? try calling local travel agents (for international tickets, agent will have better prices and options than what's available online).

and you can fly with China Airlines, it will have one layover in Taipei.
otherwise, see if you can score any cheap tickets to Bangkok, Thailand; or Kuala Lumpur, Malayasia, and fly from there to Vietnam via Air Asia (it is pretty much the 'Southwest' or Virgin Air of asia, cheap stuff)

Not sure if this will help, but Orbitz and Kayak are the only two places I use when searching for tickets.
There is absolutely zero need to use Priceline, Cheaptickets, and such from my experience.
