Samsung SPH-N240
$49.99

LG 1010
$49.99

LG 4NE1
$24.99

Sorry about being vague. These prices are out the door prices without need for any rebates.

If you want to get a Sprint phone, go to amazon and find one you like. (I'd get the samsung a460) What you'll see is a sprint rebate, then an amazon rebate.

SprintPCS stores will pricematch Amazon AND give you their rebate as a service credit. I got the a460 for free ($80 service credit instead of rebate) a few weeks ago.

staples for Sprint

same deal as amazon, plus use a coupon

Yea, but they don't match the after rebate price do they? Plus you can't send in an amazon rebate for a phone bought at staples

hmm..i'm already with cingular..but i have a crappy Ericsson t28z..
how can i buy a newer phone?..any zero $ or close to $0 deals?
i don't want to sign up for any new contract tho...just want new phone 🙂

thanks

"the company man" at best buy said it was a price mistake, and he checked with the manager who said they recieved a memo about the "pricing error?"

If anyone is willing to pick up the 4ne1 of the samsung n240 I will be willing to pay you for shipping and whatever your *cost* would be.

I just snatched up a Samsung SPH-N240 for $52 (after tax).

No new plans, no new contracts, and no hassles. The salesman said the Samsung SPH-N240 wasn't dual band and that is why it was so cheap. Well, he is wrong. It is dual band and is sooooo much better that my old Kryocena (spelling).

In case you guys don't know what it looks like:

SPH-N240

I believe that these phones do not work on the new G3 technology,
Sprint just released the G3, which enables up to 144kps web/online acsess.
These dualband phone only go to 14kps.
Big difference if you are interested in web on your phone.
Also, all the new model phone have high res color lcd for web surfing 🙂

You mean 3G. And you're right. These are old school "voice only" phones. But thats okay because 3G is a rip off to 99% of us out here. 3G does enable faster downloading, special "vision" ringers and wallpapers, java, game downloads, web browser and all sorts of "vision" garbage but its pretty expensive and complicated. AND if you're an AT veteran then you're probably on a great retention plan already and dont want to be messing with your plan and losing all those minutes just so you can download a trial version of Super Monkey Ball. With all that said, im still upgrading my broken a400 for a 3G n400 just because its a nice looking phone for $199.

Oh. And a warning to those buying 3G phones and sticking with voice only plans. From what i hear then its not WAP so you cant use ringers and more or web browse with it. <-- (i dont know the technical reasons why. but thats what i read about 3G)

And one final thing.

SPRINT IS SUCK FOR NOT GIVING US TRUE SMS STILL!!!!!
