Cheap Socket 478 Board with OBV

Have an Intel 02 Celeron 2.6GHz/128/400 SL6VV CPU. Looking for a cheap socket 478 board with onboard video to run this processor. Upper price limit is around $40. No overclock. No games. Just a basic machine for web browsing and MS Office.
