Cheap quiet heatsink+fan for 754 Sempron?

I'm looking to get three HSF for the Outpost $79.99 Sempron 3100+ ECS deal. I'm building myself and my two older brothers new PCs and would like something extremely inexpensive and quiet. I saw a Cooler Master a few days back for like $6 but can't find it anywhere. These are going to be budget 2nd computers for us (probably HTPCs) so the quieter the better, but also the cheaper the better. I'd get them from Newegg but I hate how they charge $6 to ship EACH, which is ridiculous.

I picked the ECS and 3100+ a few weeks ago for a friend. Since the combo didn't come with a HSF, I picked up the Coolermaster from SVC. It comes with a thin layer of thermal compound on the HS (not a pad), so you don't need Artic Silver.
