CHEAP PCI Video card with DVI + TV-Out?

I keep a spare PCI card (it's an old 2MB) around for testing machines and such but it's quite dated and only has analog HD-15 connection and TVout on it. I need to upgrade since my current displays are DVI, but i'd like to keep the TV-Out for "in a pinch" where I can use the TV on my desk as a spare display. I've seen the ebay special Quadro cards out there but they never seem to have the proper cables bundled nor TV-Out. What are my options?

The best I've seen so far is a Radeon 9200? (maybe, I forget) that had DVI and TVout. I just don't want to drop $50 on a spare card though $10-15 might not be so bad, maybe even a little more for dual DVI or a better card but the usual seems to be $50+.

Do any of your displays have a DVI-I input? Is so, then you can keep using that PCI card, just get the proper type of cable... like this guy.

No idea if they are DVI-I but at $6 plus shipping I'd rather add ~$10 or so and get a PCI card with DVI. I know they are out there, I just can't seem to find them.
