Cheap LCD for gaming

I'm going to get an LCD on black Friday and it's gotta be cheap like a Vizio or something. What do I need to look out for? I'll be using it with my Xbox360.

Get one with high contrast ratio, that takes as many inputs as you can find (at least VGA if you're going to go the VGA cable route, some have component inputs so you dont need to buy the VGA cable for your 360). The bigger the better. If you want 1080p, go for 1920×1080.

oh yeah, sorry I didn't specify. It'll need to be a TV so it should have component and hdmi. I was thinking a Vizio but I don't know what the response time needs to be for decent gaming.

I think that anything around 20ms for response time is probably good... people can correct me if I'm wrong.

It depends. I have a dell 2007FPW and I beleive its rated at 16ms or so and I find gaming on it a pure joy. I also have a Samsung 940Bx or so and its rated at 5ms and I find it to be horrible for gaming and even for DVD viewing. I used to have 2 dell 1905FP lcds and loved them for gaming as well but I did notice some mild ghosting on them. On the other hand I also have a 15" Compaq 1501 LCD and its something like 42ms and I cannot see any ghosting on that screen. Theres more to an LCD than response times IMO.

You could probably get a HD CRT for about 1/2 the price of an LCD too... dont have to worry about the picture there. It'll be superfly like Jimmy Superfly Snuka.

Wikipedia says that Jimmy Snuka was 244lbs, it would actually weight LESS than him.
