Cheap, Last Minute Airline Tickets?

I need to make some last minute flight plans from Miami to NYC. But the no-advance tickets prices the airlines charge are in the $350-$400 range, one way. Can anyone recommend a way to find some kind of discount? Thank you.

Every time I consider amtrak or greyhound they are always more expensive than airfare if going more than 300-400 miles.

Advice, check out all of the priceline, cheap tickets, travelocity, ect sites.

If it's easy to find cheap tickets last minute, everybody would be doing it. Airlines reserve last minute ticket for people like you. Either pay it, or don't fly. They know how to do business and they got you by the balls.
