Cheap insurance companies?

Moving off my parents plan, just got a quote of just over 500 with progressive, although i may have fudged the numbers some. Any other cheap insurance companied have online quotes?

Also, it asks for # of incidents in past 35 months. Do I include speeding tickets that didnt show up, i.e. I went to traffic school or it was under 10 over

If you lie on the insurance forms and get into an accident later, they can void your coverage and you are screwed.

Progressive is not the cheapest co. out there but none of the mutual companies have online quote generators... go see State Farm, Nationwide, Liberty Mutual, or Travelers. They'll be lower then progressive if you have a clean record. I dont think that ticket would matter if you went to traffic school, but <10 over tickets will show on your record.

well i had one ticket in 2000, went to traffic school. Had two tickets in may of 2003, one was 10 over, no points off liscense, and the other i went to traffic school for
