Dont let the name Phillips fool you, for it did a bunch of people and there are a youtube a plenty to back these up as being pretty great, and if you put a amp into them, if def bass is what ur really after, will really make them shine, but for the price they are not bad.

If you need cheaper I would say go with anything bluedio. I have several of them, 2 ufo's one with 8 speakers and one with 12, and the T2 with 57mm drivers, both will blow your ear drums, all bluetooth and sound fabulous with reviews to back me up on them, and each can be powered, or each have a 3.5 mm jack to be hooked to phone/amp/receiver directly. The t2's can be had for around 35, 8 speaker ufo for around 70, and the 12 speaker for about 120
