I also recommend a case like the XClio WT(Windtunnel). You don't need the extra, top fan of the "Advanced" version (link #2 above). Tagan sells the exact same case under the name "Monolith" which can be had for under $90. +sh. Google gets lots of hits. If you want, you can use M$'s Live Search to find a place where you can apply their 30% "cash back" rebate. Best price I found w/o the M$ rebate was at Provantage.com but they have it listed as Special Order.
Beware Tagan also sells a "Monolith II" which is just a normal mid-tower box. The Monolith is the one with two 250mm fans in a left side expando. XClio used to sell the regular version as the WT (Windtunnel) not the "Advanced" version, but I don't see it on the Egg (about the only place that regularly sells the XClio brand) anymore - oh, it's OOS at the moment.
This is about the cheapest "full tower" case I'd consider. It comes with only one 120mm fan, so you'll have to order another (let me recommend a fan from my FS/T listing linked below). The fan grill on the rear looks quite restrictive - I'd cut it out. If the front mount is as bad, I'd cut that out too. Apevia has some in the price range but you'd have to throw away (or closet for backup) their junky PSU.
The Enermax Uber Chakra might be another to look at but it's over your limit. The Compucase is tall, but it is shallow, so there may be a problem with the long video cards. Cases like the Cooler Master 690 aren't considered full towers, but they can handle the long vid cards and are in your price range. Perhaps the Rosewill Conqueror (aka Silverstone PS01) is another to look at in that category. The Ultra m998 is one to look at but again over your limit. I'd guess that the Tagan will end up being the only one at a reasonable price that will hold your vid cards.
Remember M$ is offering a 30% rebate thru their Live Search Rebate program. You have to wait 60 days for the rebate and jump thru other hoops, but it's better than "a poke in the eye with a sharp stick...".
