Cheap External Hard drive

Can anyone reccomend a cheap external hard drive from a site in the US. It doesn't have to be big, preffarbly USB 2.

Just buy a regular IDE harddrive and slap it inside an aftermarket enclosure. Enclosures usually run from $30-70.

Thanks didn't realise that they even existed... but can you do that with USB 2.0 or firewire?
