cheap domain registration

I'm looking to register a new domain and this forum site has never let me down before.

Basically I have a .com address that is available and i'm just looking to register it. I've seen prices for 15/yr - 40/yr. Does anyone know which sites are best to go with or have any suggestions (ie catolog.com, verisign.com, or register.com)
