I had to return a paid of Diesels because they were too large... they swapped them no problems and sent the new pair.

By the way... they say they will ship ground, but be on the lookout... they usually email you the next day and say they upgraded your shipping to either next day or 2 day! Not only have I seen this on two orders so far, but I found this out reading some of the reviews... it is just something Zappos does to keep customers happy!

Definitely cheap for Docs but I have to agree with Cholley 100%! No wonder they are so cheap. BTW Cholley, get ready to be screached at for threadcrapping - apparently it's ok to agree with the OP, but alternative opinions aren't welcome.

Zappos is pretty much the best online shopping experience I've EVER had. They upgraded my shipping too, on a pair of closeout $40 sneakers! :Q
