cheap core i7 configuration

Hi i am planning to build a system with core i7. I am not a big gaming freak but i need a high performance system for running multiple vmwares and watching HD movies. I am little bit tight on money now so i finally came to a config as mentioned below.

Intel core i7 920 8MB L3 cache 2.66GHZ -14350 Rs
Gigabyte GA-EX58UD3R - 11950 Rs
Corsair TW3X4G 1333 MHZC9 DHX 4 GB kit - 6250 Rs
Seagate 1 TB - 3950 Rs
POV Nvidia Geforce 8600GT 256MB DDR3 - 5200 Rs
Samsung p2350 23 inch - 11400 Rs
APC 650 VA UPS - 3050 Rs
Creative inspire 5.1 T6060 - 3850 Rs

is anything that i have to change in the above one ? any suggestions ? please don't say anything that will cost me much.. Max 4 to 5 k i can afford more...

This should be obvious, but if gaming is a possibility on this build, I recommend buying a better a video card. You also didn't mention the PSU.
