cheap cooling solution?

ok..i have this celeron cooler w/ heatsink. I wanna put it as a cooler for my 6600gt. What i need to know is how can i put it on as a cooler for my gpu?
 
a lot of modification to the heatsink. and carefull attention to detail, depending on the heatsink you have.

edit :really not very practicle imo, it'd be far too easy to damage your card.

a good suggestion would just be to save up and buy one of these
