Cheap beer?

Schlitz Bull Ice will have you vomiting on and/or punching your friends in no time... its 8.5% alcohol (i think), tastes like urine, and is only $1.40 per quart (depending on where you live)

Although Ommegang is cheap for a belgium beer I don't think it qualifies as being cheap. You can get Sammual Smiths, a variety of Youngs beers, any Goose Island, most Bell's beer, and most other craft/microbrew beer all for cheaper than Ommegang when you break down the price per ounce.
