Cheap AM2+ mobo for X2 7750 Kuma

I just snagged this deal and now need a cheap motherboard for it:

This will be for HTPC usage with a 9600GSO 384mb video card and an X-Fi Platinum. I will only need one 16x PCI-e slot and 2 PCI slots, one for vid and one for wireless. I'll be using 2GB of DDR2-800 I have sitting here. As far as overclocking I will most likely change the multiplier and be happy to hit 3.0 ghz. Other than that, nothing really matters except that it's stable so I don't drive my wife crazy if it doesn't work for her.

I'd like to keep it around $50 or less. Vendor doesn't matter. Thanks in advance.

That motherboard has good on board graphics but lacks digital audio output and and HDMI output which is a necessity for a good HTPC.

I would recommend this board at that price range

JetWay Geforce 8100

even though you have a graphics card because it will play nicer with it since it supports HybridPower. It of course comes with HDMI and a Coaxial digital audio out.

I really don't need any special onboard video or audio, as I have a screaming fast video card (for an HTPC) and the $200 X-Fi Platinum. Also, my pre/pro is the Outlaw 990 which only supports DVI. I have no use for HDMI.

Any others that are more stripped but very stable?

Thanks so far.

I'm curious how do you connect the X-Fi Platinum to your receiver? That has always been one of my pet peeves of Creative cards, is that most of them lacked standard Optical TOSLINK or Coaxial Digital output. I believe on most of the cards you have to buy an additional breakout box for this feature. Did yours come with this?

mazeroth,

Let me know what you go with, I'm looking for a board for our bargain find also!! The Asrock looks good to me, I'm wanting DVI out and its got it.
