Aren't the ergonomics of that thing pretty meh since there's no handguard?
It's billed as a survival rifle so ergonomics weren't really a priority. When I held it the lack of a handguard seemed trivial, resting my other hand around the magwell was just fine. If anything, the storage buttstock is pretty wide. If one weren't breaking it down, a collapsible/standard stock wouldn't be a bad idea. I think that sort of frame is more appropriate for a .22LR rifle. I like my 10/22 carbine but it feels oversized for the round.
