Cheap 19" LCD w/ RCA Audio/Video Input...

with black bezel to be used as a tv, but i do not need it to have a tuner, speakers would be nice. just needs a rca input along with the vga in case i want to use it as a monitor. response time is not important, anything that will look good watching tv.

i also found this, but ~$340 is a little high when i could get a pole and mount my 19" on it.....

And you still need a tuner. I say go the LCD w/ VGA in + tuner w/ VGA out route. It'll be about the same pricewise and you get a tuner w/ remote.

Hmm..I'm sure they exist, but I can't find a box that does RCA -> VGA at a reasonable price online.
