Let's spent an hour and a half trying to get them to allow me to wire money to my idiot brother in China.

Failed miserably, got transfered around 6 times. I submitted the transaction 8 or 9 times under their guise. All failed. Then finally the security lady says to give it "5 minutes" (BS of course). I told her to wait for it (since I was very sure it would fail; had a similiar story using paypal with them once). She said no, so I asked for her name and number directly (not that I'd call back).

So, fast foward 5 minutes, transaction moves along, then Western Union forces me to sign up with Verified by Visa (which turns out can't be cancelled.)

Anyway, I call them again, tell them I want the Verfied by Visa junk cancelled (don;t want my info in MORE databases, sooner or later one of them will be run by idiots). Long story short, get bounced around and I yell at 3 CSRs along the way. And the western union won't take the payment anyway.

What probably will happen is they will call tomorrow. but end of the next billing cycle I;m closing accounts and moving on.

what I realized is, how people displace anger. I was yelling at the CSRs simply because they couldn't things done. strictly speaking it wasn't their fault but...... you would think they could something.

anyway, you realize how much you depend on these bastards (credit companies). makes me think aboout fight club sometimes...
