What I thought was me bolloxing my 'Net connection was really an XP back to Win2K issue. A quick MAC reset and I'm bAaacccccck !
They had 124 people in the que, so I ddin't want to take any more time with the free networking tutorial he gave me ( me asking what would be nOob questions to most of y'all ) but he was patient and articulate.
Ya gotta love DOMESTIC CSR's !!!b 😉
I hope someone from CHARTER Cable see's this and gives him a bonus.....
 
That was a chore to read 😕

Charter put me on hold for about an hour and a half, even though i had a support ticket, for the only time I called them...
 
Four sentances was a chore??? :moon:
I was on hold for 27 minutes the first time and got Disconnected and called back and was on hold for 20 minutes before being helped.
Took 10 minutes for him to get be back online.
I'm happy. :cookie: for Brian.
 
Charter's phone support sucks, but one of their techs set up a forum for the DFW area that is quite useful...
