Charter take over of Time-Warner approved.


Worse for sure. My only real complaint with TW over the past several years is price. I have been pretty happy with their support. Having dealt with Charter at our vacation home, I can only say their quality of service and support sucks terribly. I just hope my Tivo keeps working. Charter requires a cable box for every TV otherwise.
