It sure sounds like the school was built only to address the needs of Somali Children.. sure it "can" address the needs of other children.. but why do they deserve special treatment?

Who can attend the Adam Abdulle Academy?

Any student who meets the grade/age requirements may apply. Like other public schools, the Adam Abdulle Academy cannot discriminate against any student because of gender, religion, race, or special needs.

As long as they?re following their own claim, there?s nothing illegal here. Unless you think it?s criminal to address special needs.
