Charter Pipeline

it really really sucks

company wide upload cap at 15k, download cap at 50k

and they REFUSE to say anything about it at ANY level in the company
 
I've got Charter and like it. DSL isn't an available option for me, but my friends that have it have complained about traffic issues.
 
I got it 'bout a month ago. totally love it. Charter promise to give 512k/256k transfer rate. tested it and got it at 1024k/512K.
