They have horrible customer service, especially on the business side of things. I can't even count the number of times we had serious connectivity issues with them which would rarely get solved and no one seemed to give a crap. I agree with you...Ive had horrible experiences...once in one day I was hung up on 4 times!!! Usually when I call now I just immediately ask to speak to a supervisor and they always send a repair guy to my house...
Well, I guess if they're going out of business now is the time to start downloading and using bandwidth like a muthafaulker :-D GOTTA LOVE A 10MB LINE FOR $30 A MONTH!!!
