I have seen in the past some charts comparing the L1, L2 L3 cache, bus etc...of current and a couple of past generations of CPUs.

Anybody seen any current ones???

Wikipedia has some pretty good lists if your comparing within a processor family, just use multiple Firefox tabs to switch over, and stuff.
