Charges dropped for hot female teacher that slept with 14yr old student

I was watching CNN during lunch and they briefly reported that the female teacher that had sex with a 14 year old student has the charges dropped against her. I didn't catch why the charges were dropped but maybe someone here can locate an article explaining why.
 
They said that they didn't want to have to make the 14 year old testify and that the act was due to her bipolar disorder...why can't hot women around here have bipolar disorders at the bar every now and then 😉

IIRC, that was due to the state law. Hopefully when that law is changed soon, he will have a better chance of getting out early.

Well, there is a double standard in this country thats for sure. I am not a psychologist so I don't know why to be honest. When I was 15, I remember what it was like and if I was hit on by my teacher who looked that good, you can bet your ass I would be all over that. I would also keep my big mouth shut about it too.

Now, why is a male teacher and 15 year old female student disgusting? Why are two females making out with each other hot while two males making out disgusting? A lot of that has to do with society.

No, she doesn't need to go to prison... if the sex was consensual (I'm guessing it was). I don't see the problem with a 14-year-old girl if the sex was consensual and the teacher didn't somehow abuse his authority by using it to persuade her to sleep with him (males need no such persuasion if they're hot 😀).

its true, the laws are screwed up, but in this case she should get off.

why is a male teacher with a 15 yr old different?
well male and female development is different for one and before this spree men were definetly more predatory and considernig the size/strength differences more dangerous. theres no way a teen guy couldn't fight off a woman unless she was some beast. and of course theres the consequences, a teen mother is a very bad thing, bad for her body and dangerous, and all that good stuff. if the female teacher gets preggers, well she can atleast deal with it with most of the burden being on the adult. so its not really the same. i remember even in middle school there were a few teachers we would openly talk about wanting to bang. some guys had an obsession lol, oh the mastabatory fantasies..

if anyone read the article they would see she is still getting punished by means of 3 years house arrest and 7 years probation? Is it enough? I wont be the one to judge that. I wouldn't really call her a sexual predator but I am not giving enough care to judge the situation anyhow. That was the deal of the plea bargain though. More punishment was possible if the mother of the boy wanted to continue, but she said the boy has suffered enough and are pulling out. So no more punishment for her. The court screwed up originally with the plea bargain, but its not the courts fault she got let go with only that because the case was dropped at the request of the boy's mother.
