What did he cry for? Over meeting a football player? What an idiot, if that was the reason.
Okay, that confirms that the guy is an idiot. Unless it was a kid, or a special needs-type of person who loved that particular team, why would a man cry over getting a signature from another man?Originally posted by: Dissipate

Pennington gave him his autograph on a jersey, and the guy started crying. It was a touching moment.

Evidently. Salt of the earth-types, I guess.Originally posted by: Dissipate

Maybe the same reason why some people go to football games dressed up in bizarre costumes, and chant really loudly? I dunno. 😕

BTW, the Chargers need to either start Flutie or Philip Rivers. Brees doesn't get it done. Rivers is the QB of the future, he's very intelligent, and even with the holdout, probably knows the offense well enough by now to do very well.
Best QB of the 2004 draft, IMO.
Agree. I'm hoping Philip gets traded to a real team before he gets killed trying to pass behind that offensive line.Originally posted by: Dissipate

I don't think it was Brees. I think the Chargers are just an all around inept team.

between the chargers and giants o-line, which one is worser of the two? chargers need a better recieving core to complement LT.

Giants o-line has been solid first two starts. Everybody who's been bashing Giants o-line doesn't realize that 4 out of 5 guys were injured last year. I want to see any team bring in 4 backups and complete.
