The Chargers will show no mercy towards the Jets. With Chad Pennington's injury still hampering him, the Jets will have no choice but to try to run the ball and attempt short passes. Causing the Chargers linebackers to play short and have a tougher run defense, which is the forte of the Chargers defense already. Martin will get less than 90 yards and won't be a factor. Pennington will throw at least 3 interceptions and will have 1 touchdown to one of his tight ends.

End result: Chargers 31, Jets 16
 
The Seahawks game I can't tell, it's Hawks -5 here now. Probably just the over on that one, hard to take the Rams on the road, and hard to put my hard earned money on the pansy ass defense of Seattle.

heheh.. that's the Charger fan inside me saying 16 points for Jets. But the Chargers do have a really good defense. Since it will most likely be raining making it difficult to pass, both teams will pound out the run. Really I think the Jets could get 20 points, though.

If it were in St. Louis, then I would take the Rams, no doubt. + or - points. The Seahawks are just too questionable. Never know which team will show up. You could say that about the Rams too, but the Seahawks have more question marks. The thing I like about the Rams is Steven Jackson is emerging as their #1 RB. If he has a good game, then the Rams will take it.
 
as long as the san diego fans dont honk their damn horns for an hour after the game if the chargers win.

The Jets have a pretty decent running back who outrushed LT this year even and their defense isn't that bad, especially if mother nature helps it out.
 
Martin is a great back. But the Chargers have a balanced offense with Brees, LT, Gates and McCardell and can go to any of their weapons. The other WR's Parker and Osgood have stepped up during the last few games when McCardell has been out with an injury.
 
OMFG, our local channel broadcasting the game just lost the DTV signal for the game.

Breeze better do something now, they're going to lose, and I'm gonna be $100 out.
