Charged or discharged

Dear all,
I have an amusing experiment with my smart phone charger. That is, after charging it fully, I connect its input and output toghether, and get surprise result.

There is a conversion circuit and it is not 100% efficient like most things in the world so whatever losses become discharged as heat.
