Chapel Hill, NC for New Years Eve?

Friend of mine wants to check out Chapel Hill. Where are the cool places to go?

I've only been to Chapel Hill once, and it was a straight to and from a restaurant we were invited to. I hear that CH is the place for the younger party-going crowd. I think my friend wants to check out the eye candy. 😉
