Changing voltage on Ryzen laptops?

Have any of you had success with this ?
I've got an A485 with a 2700U, I can change the frequency for pstate 0 and enable/disable pbo. I just can't change any voltages.
I'd like to lower the voltage from the stock ~1.21v, it is causing the temps to be extremely high.
I also can't disable pstate 0 to force the lower voltages used in pstate 1/2.
I've tried RyzenAdj, ZenStates, stapmlifier, and the standard cpufreq module/tools in linux.
