Changing the Title

There are so many threads with stuff in the title that is already sold <My first bitch.
Back to the point; I can't change the title of my thread. I've changed it a couple of times but, it no longer saves the changes. I've gone to 'advanced' already but, still no change. Is the # of changes limited or should I just start a new thread? I'm trying to avoid starting a new thread for obvious reasons.
I wish that sold items were marked sold or taken out of many thread titles that I see on the F/S forum.

bump; I need to change a thread title or start a new thread (which is against the rules). Please advise me on what to do. thanks,
Dana

Currently the time limit for editing threads is set at 129600 minutes (90 days). That would usually prove to be more than adequate in all cases, but there are a few occasions when it won't. If you could tell me which thread title you want edited, and what you want it edited to, I'll try to assist you with it.

We actually would like you to create a new thread, if its in FS/T.

The FS/T rules state:

http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?t=2480

"Please start a new thread if your current thread has more than 300 replies or is more than 3 months old. Long threads get difficult to navigate and old threads need to archive. If necessary, you can add to or edit the original posts to include a link from one thread to the other."

Your thread is nearly 5 months old.
