Changing the ratio on the Shuttle Ak31a

Has anyone found where in the BIOS you can change the actual PCI and AGP ratios on the Shuttle AK31a? Does the BIOS do this automatically for you based on how you set the FSB?

I haven't found any pci divider settings on the ak31 version 3.1. I have already upgraded the bios to recognize the xp, but there were no other changes that I noticed.
