Changing Refresh Rate In Red Hat 8.0?

How do you change the refresh rate from 60hz to 85hz at 1280*1024 in Red Hat 8.0? Might be the same from other Red Hat versons.
 
post your XF86Config.... suspect that you have an Nvidia card and are using the vesa driver. You will need to get the correct driver installed to get above the 60 Hz.

Give the system/video card specs.
