H Henry Kuo Platinum Member Mar 3, 2000 2,248 0 0 Sep 9, 2000 #3 in win98, search for all the .pwl files, delete them, and reboot, you should be asked for new username and password. in winNT, win2k, press Ctrl-Alt-Del once, and you should have the option to change the password.
